Learn not only how to make a traditional rustic sourdough boule, but also how to apply your knowledge of using a sourdough starter culture and the sourdough method to make other sourdough goodies like pizza dough, focaccia, baguettes, and more!

Every sourdough starter is like a thumbprint - completely unique and unlike any other. Sourdough starters and the present microbes evolve and adapt to their unique environment.
