Next, roll up your sleeves as you learn to mix, knead, and shape your dough like a pro. Gain insight into the science behind fermentation and gluten development and discover the secrets to achieving that perfect rise and flavor. We’ll dive into various techniques for shaping your loaves, from classic rounds to unique designs. Learn how to customize your sourdough with unique ingredients, adding a personal touch to your creations. You’ll also explore different scoring methods to achieve beautiful patterns on your bread. Each participant will leave with a starter culture to kickstart their sourdough journey, their own ready-to-bake boule, and the confidence to bake their own sourdough!
